1244 GMT [Dow Jones] Sanofi-Aventis (SNY) is unlikely to be granted an injunction to stop the sale of generic Plavix, says Aurel Leven analyst Jerome Berton. Notes that group credibility is badly affected, but the market does not take into account a number of elements - such as Apotex's (AOX.YY) production capacity and the launch of branded generics by Sanofi - that would limit the financial impact on the company.
