Ford announces top management reshuffling

NEW YORK, September 21 (newratings.com) – Ford Motor Co (F) Thursday announced the promotion of two members of its senior leadership team and announced the retirement of a group vice president.

Francisco Codina, the group vice president of North American Marketing Sales and Service, would retire effective November 1. John Parker, 59, has been appointed as the executive vice president of Ford Motor’s Asia Pacific and Africa business unit. Mike Bannister, 57, chairman and chief executive of Ford Motor Credit Co, has also been named as an executive vice president of the carmaker.
