0657 GMT [Dow Jones]--Pharmceutical sector will see a lot of M&A speculation Monday, as Pfizer (PFE) is seen as under pressure to strengthen its pipeline through takeovers after it stopped development of a key drug on safety issues, says an analyst. "Discussing potential takeover targets will be the focus today," says a pharmaceutical analyst. "You can pick anybody, except Roche (RHHBY) which is protected, thanks to its shareholder structure." At Roche, the founding family controls a majority of the voting capital and has persistently made it clear, that it's unwilling to sell. (AAG)
