Adams Respiratory Therapeutics "outperform"

NEW YORK, January 16 (newratings.com) - Analyst Ken Trbovich of RBC Capital Markets maintains his "outperform" rating on Adams Respiratory Therapeutics Inc (ARXT). The target price is set to $50.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the company’s Delsym drug has gained substantial market share at the expense of the competing drug Robitussin-DM. The revenue estimate for 2Q appears to be significantly conservative, the analyst says. Adams Respiratory Therapeutics’ Mucinex franchise is expanding faster than that of its competing drugs, RBC Capital Markets adds.
