Capital One Financial "overweight"

NEW YORK, May 7 (New Ratings) – Analyst Bruce W Harting of Lehman Brothers issues an "overweight" rating on Capital One Financial (COF).

In a research note published yesterday, the analyst mentions that if Capital One Financial’s MOU resolution is passed before 2004, the company's stock may appreciate. The analyst feels that the company's stock is currently trading well below its historical average and also at a discount to its peers.
