LONDON, October 31 /PRNewswire/ -- The Bunker Secure Hosting Ltd, a company backed by two highly respected serial entrepreneurs and a well-known City financier, has acquired A.L. Digital. The Bunker, which is the only provider of ultra-security, based in top-secret nuclear bunkers outside the M25, now benefits from the experience and financial backing that will help it to further develop its IT services for customers seeking the best in secure data centre provision.

The former company, A. L. Digital, was the owner of 'The Bunker', a previously built nuclear compound that has seen investments of more than GBP100m to develop, with major refurbishments taking place in the 1990s. Aside from 'The Bunker', the company also operates two other top-secret high security facilities, all strategically positioned just outside the M25. The Bunker Secure Hosting Ltd. will be able to serve the needs of organisations across many sectors that need to comply with corporate governance legislation such as Sarbanes-Oxley, Basle II and FSA regulations, as well as meet the potential risks that the current geopolitical environment presents.

Technical experts Adam Laurie and Ben Laurie, formerly of A.L. Working alongside them is City financier Jean-Loup de Gersigny, who becomes a major shareholder, and two serial entrepreneurs, Peregrine Newton and Steven Joseph, who join the company as Joint-Chairmen.
