DJ MARKET TALK: Investor AB Seen Hldr In Any Scania/MAN Tieup

1424 GMT [Dow Jones]--Investor AB (INVE-B.SK), the second largest holder in Scania (SCV-A.SK) will likely stay as a shareholder in any combination of Scania, MAN (MAN.XE) and Volkswagen (VOW.XE), says Cheuvreux Nordic analyst David Hallden. He won't rule out an Investor AB backed counterbid by Scania for MAN. Scania -5.9% at SEK436, and Investor -2.5% at SEK154, after MAN says it may withdraw its bid for Scania in favor of a negotiated friendly deal. Rating Investor at outperform, Hallden doesn't expect the stock to continue falling further on a par with Scania.(MAK)
