DJ MARKET TALK: Panmure Gordon Raises Northern Foods Target

1134 GMT [Dow Jones] Panmure Gordon raises Northern Foods (NFDS.LN) target to 108p from 95p but keeps hold rating. Says the disposal of bread, flour, cakes and pastries has removed another element of uncertainty from the stock. Notes the GBP211M total disposal proceeds exceed NFD's GBP200M target. Panmure expects a further GBP50M contribution to the pension fund. Shares +5.6% at 108p. (KHO)
